What a year we had in the Rotary Club of Westerville
Wow it went fast. My year as President is ending on June 30 and I am turning leadership over to a very capable leader named Tom Shaver.
I am confident that Tom will keep a strong positive direction on a club who added 16 new members this year that is more aligned to the Westerville demographic.
I just did a wrap up of our year and the Rotary Club of Westerville truly accomplished our motto “Service Above Self” and out theme “Be the Inspiration” in Westerville, Central Ohio and around the world.
Congratulations to Ellen Cathers who was selected as Rotarian of the Year for her work with the Rotary Grill Food Truck, Star House and Kenya as we work towards a water project with the sister club we founded in Kitale, Kenya. I can’t wait until next year!
